The youth program of A Tale of Two Cities is a very good educational project that teaches youth about how to build a campaign.
There are a few reasons why you should volunteer with A Tale of Two Cities. For example, the program is very educational and teaches you a lot.
The youth program of A Tale of Two Cities is a very good educational project that teaches youth about how to build a campaign. As a result the program helps the early to late teens “perceive the world differently”.
Another good reason why this program is exceptional is that after the youth participants learn about campaigning, they are actually tasked with building their very own campaign. This campaign building hands a responsibility to every teen. In my case, we had to contact someone as important as “the Prime Minister himself”. So this program is good for youth because they learn how to be responsible which is very important as the teen years are the stage that separate children and adults. Another great thing that these youth learn is “teamwork”. They learn how to task everybody with a job equally; they also learn to rely on their own peers.
Another great component of this project is that you are “encouraged to speak” and to exclaim your opinion so again a very good learning experience for teens because it builds character and confidence. An alternate factor is that there are snacks, lemonade and they feed you lunch everyday. The instructor is extremely nice and “asks everybody about their opinion” before taking decisions.
Show your support for young Syrians under siege by filming yourself tasting a pinch of salt, and sharing the video online. Our aim is to raise awareness for youth living these past 4 years under siege in Eastern Ghouta.
